Eligibility
You may request a full refund within 7 days of receiving your order if the product arrives damaged, tampered, or defective in any way. We ask that you contact us promptly with a photo or short video showing the issue so we can resolve it without delay.
How Refunds Work
For online payments, the refund will be returned to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of approval. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash, whichever is convenient for you.
